I’ve been using this app for years on both my iphone & ipad and now it will no longer sync!!! It says it can no longer connect to the server & try again in a little while. It’s been giving that message for days.

I’ve used this app daily for the past 8 years. In that time the app has never crashed or corrupted my entries. I have tried many other diary apps but none have offered the simplicity or reliability of Moment Diary. A dairy of your life is very personal and private. The nice thing is that Moment Dairy gives you the option to backup your entires to your own PC over WI-FI. Other diary apps don’t have this option. Moment Diary is the only diary app that I can actually trust. Thats why I use it everyday.

I love this diary app. I started using it in October, 2012. Its minimalist design makes it easy and effortless to write notes and to search for past entries. Highly recommend this uncluttered diary.

I’ve been using this app for nearly 10 years. At first it was just imitating characters in Japanese anime, but I soon found journaling very soothing. My latest entry was 7 years ago, I forgot this app, but never deleted it. Yesterday I happened to open it, it still works, and all the memories are still there, though I’ve changed my phone multiple times. Thank you for your developing & updating. For a journal app enduring time is everything, and this little cute app made it. Thank you for your effort.

If you forgot your password you lose, game over. There is no way to log back in!

I have been using it since 2013, you won't find a cheaper journal, simple, a REAL value for the money. Makes journaling fun!! CDW

I record almost everything in this app! It’s so easy to search for key words or use a tag, or to just look up a specific date, that I can quickly bring something up (even from years ago) to remember something. I’m pretty nostalgic, but also can be forgetful, so this app is like a back up for my brain 😆. It’s full of precious memories and important things I need to remember. In my opinion, everyone could benefit from using this app!

I love this app been journaling for three years with this phone now I have to switch phones and I cannot find a way to sync or back up to the iCloud what is going on? please help🙏🏼

I just purchased an iPad Air 5th.generation running ios16.2 and it did not download the entries from my iPhone 13pro. I had no problems with my iPad air2 and the iPhone 13pro. Is there a solution? Thank you for your help.

After upgrading I lost all saved contents, how can I get an older version and retrieve

I really like using this App. I wish they would continue updating it.

I have to be honest I really don’t think this is a good journaling app. The concepts in it are great like the stickers, themes, and voice memos but why does a journaling app have season passes? Especially when the app does not work well on its own. There is a lot of things that ‘break’ and ‘freeze’ the app while using it. You have to work to get candies, to get skins, AND to back up your entries??? Mind you I keep seeing this is having syncing issues but you make people pay hard to get candies to have it fail? The app cannot even hold gif images either. This app is really odd and i wanted to use it to just record my important events life cause its so cute but its asking for a lot just for me to have a basic journaling experience. And no I'm not going to pay a subscription to have a skin that I want for a month only and backup like once a year. I am more than willing to pay for the skin directly through BUYING CANDIES but that isn't even an option.

So mad I had years worth of stuff in this app and now that I have a new iPad no one can tell me how to get it back on here...lost everything

You would think in this day and age a DEVELOPER would have figured out how to transfer data from IOS TO IOS...nope, not here! So, unless you want to have the same phone for 20 years, don’t even think about keeping any information and having the ability to transfer data! GHETTO

I have had this app for a couple years and I recently switched to a new Ipad and can't find out how to retrieve any of my stuff..very frustrated...

I love this app. Have used it for about a year. Yesterday I accidentally deleted it and then readied I’d. BUT I lost all my daily journals. Can’t figure out how to restore it to my iPad from iCloud. Can anyone walk me thru how to do it?

Why on earth would a mental health app have political ads about Donald Trump? I was alarmed to see today a pop up ad when opening the app of Trump asking me to take a survey about fake news. This was distasteful, disturbing and led me to never use this app again.

<I LOVE THIS APP BUT AM STRUGGLING WITH THE UPDATE AS OF 6/10 BECAUSE IT CRASHES WHEN I TRY TO OPEN VOICE MEMOS> I use this app every day and it is my best friend. Everything you could possibly want in a journaling app. You can make a passcode so all of your entries are private, you can make voice memos or put pictures or videos or just text. You can type in key words or look at months at a glance so you can locate any time or topic very easily. Also a blessing that I can back my entries up so I never lose it. You can even customize your layout so it feels personal. thank you so much to the creators of this app, my life wouldn’t be even slightly the same without it.

I’ve had this app for years, and now I can log in. I have loss all of my info,from years ago. It doesn’t give me options to reset my password. 😡👎🏽.

Every letter and number combination I try to use to create my Moment Diary ID is rejected by the app. This makes the app a 1 or 2 star.

I continue to have intermittent problems with syncing iPhone & iPad information. IT IS REALLY STARTING TO GET ANNOYING AND I DON’T THINK THE DEVELOPERS EVEN TRY TO SUPPORT THIS APP ANYMORE. HELLO.!? ARE YOU OUT THERE?? I really love this app & have used it for years but I’m giving it one star just to try and get som attention on this sync issue.

What should I do ???

Installed, made a daily entry to test it. I need to be able to email it to myself to put the entries into a central file on a monthly basis. Apparently there is no way to email the files. Another complaint...why do all these journaling look as though they are designed for 14 yo girls? I guess because they are. Frustrating.

This is an excellent app that lets you record anything you can think of. If you put a key word it will give you all the information for that person or event by dates. I use it on a daily basis and many times it has save me time when looking for a specific information or date. I really love it!!!

I loved it at first but now sometimes I can’t open it up when I want to.

Love the App and have been using for a while. Would love to see an option to document moments in separate ‘files’ perhaps allowing the ability to document based on individual experiences with specific people or experiences or a struggle one might be going through at that time in their life.

Help! Some of my longer entries are being cut off. Can you fix and restore? Please!! I’m assuming this happened with the latest update. I hope they can be restored.

The October 2017 update doesn’t work! Icons at the top and the bottom of the screen are gone. I love Moments, use it a lot. I need it back!!

I love this app. Well use too. It’s so easy to use and I like how you need a passcode and it doesn’t show the contents within the app as soon as you open it. However ever since the new update it doesn’t work. Hope they figure it out fast. I have tons o stuff I want to jot down. Help!!!!!

I love this app but it’s broken after the ios 11 update. Unfortunately I hadn’t backed up my entries recently so I can’t access or export them at all. Please release an update! Thank you!

The app is crashing!!

Update: Not working under iOS 11. Hoping for an update soon. Enjoy using app, meets all my needs with many features.

Since the iOS 11 update I have been unable to open Moment Diary. As soon as I either use Touch ID or put in my pin it crashes. Help!

I love this app sooo much but after i updated ios11 i can’t use this app at all. once i put my password it just doesn’t show anything on my screen... please help!

I have been using this App for 8 years and I cannot live without it. It’s a great App to keep my numerous memories. Today after I upgraded to iOS 11, the App always quit immediately after I input the passcode. Please help to fix this ASAP.

This latest update removed all of my videos and pics. Please help! How do I find them.

Latest update with the ads has ruined a previously clean app. So disappointing

This app is perfect for me (I'm using it to document my emotions/feeling multiple times a day). I needed an app that automatically keeps track of date and time of each entry, and after trying 10 apps this one does exactly what I want. There are no ads visible in the app, it's simple and straightforward, no annoying menu or confusing icons. I hate unnecessary buttons. It gets the job done and automatically attaches easy time stamps and dates to every entry (they are editable). I saw the one star review already on here and I have no clue what that person didn't like about this app. It's literally perfect in my eyes. So yeah, highly recommend this!!!! Simple, easy, direct!

Absolutely terrible

Updating review 01/14/17: I still LOVE this APP. I use it many times daily for note taking that can include a photo of your topic, medicines, mileage, project tracking, Web searches, ANYTHING you can think! Each update has provided new features, including, touchID & camera. The couple of times that were "sluggish" were IMMEDIATELY resolved! The developer is quick to provide many new features FOR FREE, as soon as Apple releases new devices or iOS updates (these are NOT easy tasks). Many other apps out there are still just trying to catch up to iOS 10 and it is unfair to give this developer a low rating because you are bored with your background. I have tried other notes or timetracking journals (some I have paid to try) and I highly recommend this app. It is simple yet extremely robust and feature rich. There are a lot of stickers and backgrounds too ;-) ... I'd still like to see better FAQ :-) Dear developers... thank you for your time! 09/14/14 I was ECSTATIC to find this app!!! Moment Diary is very robust and feature rich! I've used it since March 2012, and it's NEVER crashed and only improves! I'm just a little confused by the icons (options I didn't even know I wanted, thanks!), as I am not sure what they all mean and I cannot figure out some basic usage (like what/how to use the trip timer?) They are not faults, just user education. I think your help pages or tutorial could use a little more info. Thank you for your time on this app, I truly appreciate it! If I could have a wish list? I only wish I could somehow link it to the calendar.

I've been using this dairy like app for 2 years at least. Simple feature delivered perfectly. All I need.

Ba-boom! How do I love this app, let me count the ways- I've used this for so many things, from travel diary to work notes. Been using it lately to track my back pain treatments and progress. It really is one of the most useful apps I've ever downloaded. I am so impressed with the continued development and refinements. Thanks to the developer, well done.

With the recent update the app is very slow. Dates take forever to appear.

A little confusing interface but otherwise the best mostly free one out there that I've seen.

I find this app very useful!

Simple and straightforward. I like the automatic date and time stamp feature. I use it daily to track everything from my workouts to medical care. Although, recently I noticed that there are significant delays as I tap different buttons. For instance when I tap the button to make a new entry it takes several seconds for it to process.

Been using the app for a few weeks now. It's a great and simple journal to use. Would recommend.
